Product Device Introduction
The high-voltage soft starting device is an intelligent motor starting device, which is suitable for squirrel cage asynchronous and synchronous motors. It is a motor terminal control equipment integrating starting, display, protection and data acquisition. With fewer components, more complex control functions can be achieved. The high-voltage soft start device controls the input voltage by controlling the conduction angle of the thyristor, and realizes the change of the voltage value of the stator terminal of the motor, that is, the size of the starting torque and starting current of the motor is controlled, so as to realize the soft start control of the motor. The high-voltage soft start accelerates smoothly according to the set starting parameters, thus reducing the electrical and mechanical impact on the power grid, motors and equipment. When the motor reaches the rated speed, the bypass contactor is automatically switched on. The high-voltage soft start continues to monitor the motor after start-up and provides a variety of fault protection.

● Components: high-voltage thyristor module, thyristor protection component, optical fiber trigger component, vacuum switch component, signal acquisition and protection component, system control and display component.
● Thyristor module: Thyristor with the same parameters in each phase is installed in series and parallel.
● Thyristor protection components: mainly including the overvoltage absorption network composed of RC network and the voltage equalization protection network composed of voltage equalization unit.
● Optical fiber trigger components: strong trigger pulse circuit is used to ensure the consistency and reliability of triggering, and reliable high and low voltage isolation is carried out by optical fiber triggering.
● Vacuum switch components: After the start is completed, the three-phase vacuum bypass contactor is automatically engaged, and the motor is put into operation on the power grid.

● System control and display components: 32-bit ARM core microcontroller executs center control, LCD LCD/touch screen display, which can display three-phase voltage, current, fault information, running status, etc.
● The cabinet structure adopts KYN28 high-voltage switchgear cabinet, the main structure adopts the composite folding process of aluminum-clad zinc steel plate with a thickness of 2mm, the cabinet door adopts the composite folding process of cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 2mm, and the cabinet door adopts the electrostatic spraying process, which has the characteristics of impact resistance, corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance.
