CYLX-PV intelligent photovoltaic lightning protection combiner box is to combine the DC input and confluence of 24 photovoltaic cell module strings into one or more outputs, each channel is equipped with a fuse, and the output is equipped with a lightning protection device and a circuit breaker, which greatly simplifies the input wiring of DC distribution cabinet and inverter. Provides lightning protection, short circuit protection and grounding protection. Combiner boxes are divided into two types: intelligent and non-intelligent. The intelligent lightning protection combiner box is equipped with a confluence monitoring unit, which can monitor the input current of each photovoltaic cell string, the summary output voltage, the temperature in the box, the status of the lightning protector, the state of the circuit breaker, etc.

The protection level of the combiner box reaches IP65, with waterproof, dustproof, rust-proof and salt-spray proof, which meets the requirements of outdoor installation;

The positive and negative of each battery series are equipped with photovoltaic special fuses to protect the module strings when they fail, and the fuse base and fuses are used together to reduce the owner's later maintenance costs and effectively protect the personal safety of maintenance personnel;

The use of photovoltaic special high-voltage lightning protection can protect the bus after the confluence is positive to the ground and negative to the ground, and the continuous working power (Uc) can reach 1000VDC;

The power module in the combiner box can be connected to 1000DCV photovoltaic voltage;

The measurement and control module of the combiner box adopts reliable Honeywell Hall elements (DC CT sensors) to collect and monitor the current and bus voltage of each photovoltaic string, alarm and local fault location, and can measure the temperature in the combiner box, and detect the status of the lightning protector and output circuit breaker.

The monitoring module in the combiner box has a digital display function, which can display the current of each component string, bus voltage, temperature in the combiner box, status of circuit breaker lightning protector, system power and equipment address and other relevant information on the equipment;

RS485/MODBUS-RTU serial communication;

There is lightning protection with the external interface part;

It can receive the parameter download of the local monitoring device for analysis and processing;

The working power supply of the combiner box can be selected as an external 220VAC/DC or the power supply provided by the combiner box itself.
