KYN61-40.5 Armored Removable AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as Switchgear) is a three-phase AC 50Hz indoor power distribution device with a rated voltage of 40.5kV. It is used for the reception and distribution of electric energy in power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises. It can be used for control, protection, and detection of circuits, and can also be used in places where frequent operations are frequent.

This switchgear conforms to GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-1991 and DL404-1997 standards.

Working Conditions

◇ Ambient air temperature: +40°C, -15°C;

◇ Relative humidity: daily average relative humidity≤ 95%;

◇ Daily average water vapor pressure: ≤ 2.2kPa;

◇ Monthly average relative humidity: ≤ 90%;

◇ Monthly average water vapor pressure: ≤ 1.8kPa;

◇ Altitude: below 1000m;

◇ Seismic intensity: no more than 8 degrees;

◇ The surrounding air should not be obviously polluted by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapors, etc.;

◇ No place of severe vibration;

◇ When it is used under normal conditions beyond the normal conditions specified in GB3906, it shall be negotiated between the user and the manufacturer.

Structural Features

◇ The cabinet structure adopts the assembly type, and the circuit breaker adopts the handcart floor structure;

◇ Equipped with fully composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker, and has the characteristics of good interchangeability and simple replacement;

◇ The frame of the handcart is equipped with a screw nut propulsion mechanism, which can easily move the handcart and prevent damage to the propulsion structure due to misoperation;

◇ The operation can be carried out in the closed state of the cabinet door;

◇ The interlocking between the main switch, the handcart and the switch cabinet door adopts the mandatory mechanical locking mode to meet the "five prevention" function;

◇ The cable room has plenty of space and can be connected to multiple cables;

◇ Quick grounding switch is used for grounding and loop short circuit;

◇ IP3X enclosure protection level, IP2X protection level when the door of the handcar compartment is open;

◇ The product conforms to GB3906-1991, DL404-1997 and IEC-298 standard.
