◇ Functional composite and integrated products

The inflatable shell of the switchgear is made of high-quality thick 2.5mm stainless steel plate welded by laser to ensure the airbox sealing reliability, high mechanical strength, good corrosion resistance, and the protection level of the inflatable shell reaches IP67; the airbox is equipped with an explosion-proof diaphragm, which can effectively prevent the damage caused to people and equipment when the air pressure is too high; all the conductive parts are enclosed in the airbox, which can not only avoid the influence of external environmental factors, but also improve the reliability of operation, so that it has maintenance-free (or less maintenance) and at the same time meet the requirements of volume miniaturization. The switch adopts three-station (isolation + grounding) + vacuum interrupter, which is a mature configuration method at present, especially suitable for the current power grid operation and maintenance needs.

9. Energy storage operation hole padlock device

The padlock plate linked to the padlock device covers the energy storage operation hole, and the operating handle can be inserted into the operation hole only by toggling the padlock device. A padlock can be configured when not in operation to prevent misoperation by unauthorized personnel.
