Product Introduction

TBBJ high-voltage reactive power on-site compensation device (hereinafter referred to as the compensation device) is an indoor type, rated voltage of 6-10kV, frequency of 50Hz, used for three-phase AC motor with rated voltage of 6-10V for on-site reactive power compensation, reduce power loss, improve grid voltage quality and improve the starting performance of the motor. The capacitor in the compensating device is put in when the motor starts, and when it stops, it is removed. It is a novel energy-saving product with a compensation effect much better than centralized compensation.

The products are divided into simple type and vacuum contactor switching type. The capacitor of the simple product is directly connected to the motor terminal through the fuse, and the current of the compensation device does not exceed 90% of the no-load current of the motor to avoid overvoltage damage to the motor caused by self-excitation after shutdown, and the power factor may not be too high after compensation, generally about 0.9. Using vacuum contactor switching, the compensation capacity can be larger, and the power factor can be more than 0.95 after compensation.

Conditions of Normal Use

◇ Indoor use;

◇ The altitude does not exceed 2000m;

◇ Ambient air temperature: -10°C ~+40°C;

◇ No serious mold, no corrosive gas, no serious dust, no electric dust, no serious vibration at the installation site;

◇ Relative humidity: the daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%;

◇ The device is only suitable for the motor to work continuously, and there is no large impact load. And shall not bear the reverse braking, shall not be used on the motor load of regulation control.

Selection Method

1. The rated voltage of the compensation device is consistent with the system voltage;

2. The rated current of the simple product shall not be greater than 90% of the no-load current of the motor;

3. Calculation of compensation capacity: The calculation of compensation capacity is the same as that of the automatic compensation device for low-voltage reactive power.
