The main circuit scheme was selected by soliciting the opinions of the majority of design and use departments, and the scheme required by the power plant was increased. The rated current is increased to 3200A, which is suitable for distribution transformers of 2000kVA and below. In addition, in order to meet the needs of reactive power compensation, the GGJ1-GGJ2 capacitance compensation cabinet is designed, and its main circuit has 4 schemes and a total of 12 specifications.

◆ Auxiliary circuit scheme

The design of the auxiliary circuit is divided into two parts: the power supply scheme and the power plant scheme, and there is enough space in the GGD cabinet to install secondary components.

◆ Selection of electrical components

◇ GGD cabinet mainly adopts the more complete electrical components that can be mass-produced in China, such as ME, DW15, DW17, DW45, CM1, NM1, etc., and also retains some of the available old products such as DZ20 according to the principle of economy and reasonableness. Do not use obsolete products.

◇ HD13BX and HS13BX rotary operated knife switch are special components designed to meet the needs of GGD cabinet structure, which changes the operation mode of the mechanism, retains the advantages of the old product, and is a practical electrical component.

◇For example, when the design department selects electrical components with better performance and better technology according to the needs of users, because the GGD cabinet has good installation flexibility, it will generally not cause difficulties in manufacturing and installation due to the renewal of electrical components.

◇In order to further improve the dynamic stability ability of the main circuit, ZMJ type combined bus clamp and insulating support for GGD cabinet are used. The bus clamp is thermoplastic formed by high-strength, high-flame retardant PPO alloy material, with high dielectric strength, good self-extinguishing performance and structure, and can be easily combined into a single bus clamp or double bus clamp by simply adjusting the building block block, and the sleeve type molded structure when insulating the support has low cost and high strength, which solves the defect that the creepage distance of the old product is not enough.

◇ The design of the GGD cabinet fully considers the heat dissipation problem in the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at both ends of the cabinet, when the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the heat rises, and is discharged through the upper slots, and the cold air is continuously supplemented into the cabinet by the lower slots, so that the sealed cabinet body is shaped into a natural air duct from bottom to top, so as to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.

◇ In accordance with the requirements of modern industrial product design, the GGD cabinet adopts the method of golden ratio to design the appearance of the cabinet and the divided size of each part, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and generous, and has a new look.

◇ The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a rotating hinge movable hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble, and the folding edge of the door is embedded with a mountain-shaped rubber and plastic strip, and the embedded strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke when the door is closed, which can prevent the door from colliding directly with the cabinet body, and also improves the protection level of the door.

◇ The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected with the frame with multi-strand soft copper wire, and the mounting parts in the cabinet are connected with knurled screws between the cabinet shelf, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.

◇ The surface of the cabinet body is sprayed plastic, with strong adhesion and good texture, and the whole cabinet is matte in tone, which avoids the dazzling effect and creates a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.

◇ The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed, which is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main bus on site, and the four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipment.
