The inner and outer surfaces of the box are smooth and corrosion-free, the coating peels off and bumps and damages, and the coating layer is firm and uniform, without obvious contrast and reflection. The base of the box and the exposed metal parts are treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment, and a durable protective layer is sprayed. The top cover of the box is equipped with a rainproof sealing cover plate and a square rain eaves, and the top cover of the double-layer structure of the box can prevent heat radiation.

Overview

The top cover of the box is equipped with a rainproof sealing cover plate and a square rain eaves, and the top cover of the double-layer structure of the box can prevent heat radiation.

The design size of the box change door is matched with the size of the equipment installed, the box change door adopts an internal hinge, and the door on the box body opens outward, and the opening angle is greater than 90 °.

The box body is made of stainless steel plate, and the paint is automotive paint, all of which are painted in a flash-paint manner, anti-smoke, anti-damp heat, anti-mildew, and strong outdoor weather resistance. The area where the photovoltaic power station is located has low temperature, large temperature difference, high humidity and windy sand, and the box transformer has a reasonable protective structure, dustproof structure and low temperature resistance, which can meet the requirements of normal and safe operation under harsh environmental conditions.
