The low-voltage distribution cabinet has the characteristics of strong breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, strong seriality and practicability, and novel structure. What maintenance problems should we pay attention to when using low-voltage distribution cabinets to prolong the service life, let's take a look at the following points.

1. Preparation before curing

The day before the maintenance of the low-voltage distribution cabinet, the user shall be notified of the start and end time of the proposed power outage. Prepare the tools and safety tools required for maintenance, and complete the work ticket procedures. The leader of the electrician group is responsible for commanding, requiring all personnel to have the same thinking, division of labor and cooperation, and complete the maintenance work efficiently.

2. Sectional maintenance of low-voltage distribution cabinets

When there are many distribution cabinets, they are generally arranged in a double-row manner. The two rows are connected by a busbar disconnector on the top of the cabinet. In order to reduce the scope of the power outage, the distribution cabinet is maintained in sections. First, stop all the load on a section of the bus and turn on the bus isolation switch. After checking and confirming that there is no electricity, hang the grounding wire and sign to start maintenance.

(1) Check whether the bus joint is deformed and whether there are traces of discharge, and tighten the connecting bolts to ensure that the connection is tight. When there is dirt at the bus joint, it should be removed, and the nut should be replaced if it is corroded.

(2) Check the wiring of the current transformer and various instruments, and connect them one by one.

(3) Check whether the volume of the fuse and the socket are in good contact and whether there is burning. Problems found during the inspection will be dealt with according to their circumstances. After the distribution cabinet on the bus is inspected, the other section is inspected in the same way.

(4) Check all kinds of switches in the distribution cabinet, remove the arc extinguishing cover, and see if the contacts are damaged. Tighten the bolts of the incoming and outgoing lines, clean the dust in the cabinet, and test the opening and closing of the operating mechanism. After all the operation process is completed, you can fill in the maintenance sheet of the low-voltage distribution cabinet.
