How to choose a photovoltaic grid-connected box?
Addtime:2024-04-11 Clicks:

The photovoltaic grid-connected box is a power distribution device connecting the photovoltaic power station and the power grid, and its main role is to serve as the boundary between the photovoltaic power station and the power grid. For low-voltage grid-connected photovoltaic power stations. The photovoltaic grid-connected cabinet, as the total outlet of the photovoltaic power station, must exist in the photovoltaic system.

The photovoltaic combiner grid-connected box is suitable for the AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 380V, and rated working current of 2000A for power users such as ground centralized, ground string, and ground distributed, and is used for power conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and distribution equipment.

When choosing the model of the grid-connected box, the following points should be done

1. Understand the needs of users and choose the most suitable cabinet type for users according to the actual situation.

2. Try to use the domestic cabinet type of well-known domestic manufacturers, and cannot blindly choose the imported distribution cabinet with relatively high technical parameters, which is easy to cause waste of resources.

3. Because the brand of the main components used in the imported distribution cabinet is consistent with the cabinet. Therefore, when choosing an imported distribution cabinet, we should pay attention to the parameters of the main components, which must be able to meet the needs of users.

Conditions of normal use

◆The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C and not lower than -5°C. The average temperature within 24h must not be higher than +35°C.

◆ For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.

◆The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C, and a greater relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. (e.g. 90% at +20°C) The effects of occasional condensation due to temperature changes should be taken into account.

◆ The inclination of the equipment to the vertical plane when installed shall not exceed 5%.

◆ The equipment should be installed in a place where there is no violent vibration and impact, and where it is not enough to corrode the electrical components.

◆ When the user has special requirements, negotiate with the manufacturer to solve the problem.

Installation precautions

• Installation should be carried out under the guidance of a qualified technician.

• Please note that it is best to check the power off before installing and operating the junction box.

• Risk control checks are necessary, such as tightening cables that may be loose during transportation and pressing the lightning fuse to ensure it is in the correct position.

• Although lightning fuses will separate at full load, it is recommended that you cut off the circuit before replacing to avoid the risk of possible combustion at the terminals passing through conduction.
